AutoNavi participated actively in the Fiftieth Anniversary Celebration of State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping: “The Bright of the Theodolite —National Achievements Exhibition of Geodesy and Cartography”, so as the activity was called.

The Exhibition was held from Oct.16 to Oct.21, 2006. On this occasion, AutoNavi showed her latest two software products besides the in-vehicle navigation digital map database. The first one is “Chengguantong”, also the only wireless application software product for city management recommended by Ministry of Construction of China. The second one is a positioning-monitoring-dispatching system for Olympics Qingdao Sailing Committee. Both of them are pioneering yet effective products for location-based service, hopefully with bright market prospect.

Taking an active part in the celebrating activities, AutoNavi was building a brand-new corporate image, due to her commitment to social responsibility as well as her company mission: “Building a Virtual World, Serving the Real Life, and Creating a Harmonious Society”.
